Tabitha
CEO/Founder
Tabitha embarked on her career as a licensed apprentice appraiser in 2005. With determination and hard work, Tabitha obtained her certification by 2007, propelling her towards success in the real estate industry. Through collaborating with esteemed leaders and undertaking specialized projects, she acquired a well-rounded understanding of residential and commercial assessments. Returning to full-time appraisal work in 2009, Tabitha established her own thriving appraisal practice in 2012.
Setting her apart is not only her entrepreneurial spirit but also her unwavering dedication and salesperson attitude. Recognizing the importance of accurate data in real estate decision-making, Tabitha undertook the mission of developing software that ensures high-quality nationwide data. This endeavor culminated in the creation of GOODSQFTTM.
In addition to her contributions to GOODSQFTTM, Tabitha actively engages with various community organizations that align with her values. Through her involvement, she drives positive change in her community by leveraging her expertise in real estate. Tabitha is renowned for her passion, commitment to her clients, and determination to make a difference in the industry.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Tabitha cherishes spending time with her husband of 16 years, four children, and their standard poodle, Max. Hiking, camping, all-terrain riding, and travelling are cherished activities enjoyed by this adventurous family during their leisure time.
Brian
CTO/Founding Partner
Brian is a highly experienced software engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field. He has played a pivotal role in the technical growth and development of GOODSQFTTM, providing his technical expertise and strategic vision to drive the company’s innovation.
Throughout his notable career, Brian has designed, developed, and implemented multiple commercial web applications that have significantly enhanced organizations’ efficiency and productivity. By staying current with emerging web technologies, Brian recommends modern development techniques to support cutting-edge interfaces.
Brian pursued computer science studies at Rochester Institute of Technology before transferring to Southern Illinois University. Currently serving as the CTO of GOODSQFTTM, Brian actively oversees the technical development while collaborating closely with the leadership team. He values user input and maintains a collaborative approach, consistently exceeding users’ expectations.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 35 years, Lisa. Together, they have two sons, Sidney and Holden. Lisa holds the position of QC chemist/supervisor at Merck Millipore. Brian also serves on several boards, including Therapeutic Horsemanship, MEBI, and Makes Manufacturing. He has a strong passion for raising funds for Midwest nonprofits and has set personal gifting goals to support this cause.
